Crashes and money-grab ruin what couldve been impressive

Update: on my iPad Pro, pressing a left-column heading ALWAYS crashes the app. So its simply a notification system - I look elsewhere to actually read a news item.

Far, far too often tapping on a story crashes the app, returning me to the home screen. Once it happens, avoiding the problem heading is the solution. But it can happen with several stories so it becomes a game of Minefield.

And the notifications are rendered useless in the free version because Im not led to the article but to the developers touted ad of-the-moment.
